Subway in Kelheim

Today on November 7th at 3:42 pm we wanted to get several subs. I was shocked how unfriendly the lady was today, just threw the sub to the front customers and served her extremely unfriendly. Then started doing the first sub with us and poured the sausage and cheese really listlessly on it. When I said to her "Is that possible, please?" She only said to us, "No, that doesn't work." When my mother wanted to order her sub, she got really soggy and said that this bread was no longer available. (It was only with the one sub that me and my mother lost her appetite.) Then she started to think that we had no idea what it would be like to work 8 hours at a time. (Business hours 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Nevertheless, this is not the customer's problem and there is no reason to leave it out on customers. The clientele who stood behind us went straight away when they saw how unfriendly they treated us. In and of itself, we really like going here, but as soon as we see them in this store from now on, we won't be buying anything there. Were now in Abensberg at the subway, world difference.!

11/07/2020: Today an employee was in the branch not only did not seem to feel like it, but also confirmed this when asked about it. In other words, the service today was really bad. The employee was also extremely unfriendly when she was asked about it. We're actually regular customers here, but we've never seen anything like it. I hope that someone reads this in charge of it. Should I see this employee there again, I will definitely not visit this branch.

We were now in two subways (Deggendorf and Kelheim) within a week (mid-October), now that the corona numbers are rising again. And there is no disinfectant for the guests. Although after all you eat with your hands. In Kelheim, a saleswoman at the open counter wore the mask under her chin for preparation. The other one just wasn't wearing a mask. There was only one ballpoint pen to write in for all guests and there was no possibility of hand disinfection. You wrote your contact details on individual pieces of paper. After all. We go to this branch 2-3 times a week with the whole family. Grandchildren, daughter, etc. No matter which employee or the boss himself, they are all very nice and friendly. Above all, a friendly smile no matter what prehistoric age we go there. Other branches should take a look there. Keep it up 👍

Compared to the stores I know in Regensburg not so much. You save on dressing / sauce even if you ask extra for lots of vegetables, something is inattentive. But I have already experienced much worse branches.

Really delicious food. Wanted to try the vegetarian sandwich variant without knowing what suits it well. So I had the sandwich prepared to "good luck". Totally delicious, you can taste no difference to the meat variant. Honestly, it was even better than meat, which I usually take. In addition, very clean shop. Service was also very friendly.

The sandwich was covered with the same gloves at the same time and thus touched and then cashed. With that the sense of the gloves is gone .. that is really unhygienic. Therefore not recommended. I don't know that from Subway. Usually more attention is paid to hygiene.
